My father suffers from severe osteoarthritis in his knees and just walking to another room is difficult for him, these braces have stabilized his knees well enough that he can move around more. It is not a cure, but it definitely improves the quality of life. He tried other orthotics, but they were either too tight or too restrictive. We can both recommend this product.

These insoles have been a lifesaver. I used to use orthotic insoles made by a physiotherapist, but I don't want to pay +150€ every time they wear out every 6 months. So I bought several different insoles and these are the winners. They are really easy to cut to fit the type of shoe you put them on. They are made of good material and seem to last well!!! Even better than what a physiotherapist does. If you suffer from foot pain or poor balance, try it.

I used it for a few minutes even though I had no neck pain, and when I stood up and rotated my neck and shoulders a bit, my neck snapped a few times without much help and I felt really relaxed. I bought it more for those occasions when I sleep in the wrong position and end up with a sore neck, but after trying it, I am sure that I will use it regularly as a pleasant relaxation for my neck.
