1. General conditions of use

Norelie-uk.com is the marketplace for Parsolution B.V. (91620023) these terms and conditions apply to the business relationship between Parsolution B.V. and its customers. Services and products provided by Parsolution B.V. are also subject to the contractual terms and conditions set by the respective service provider. Parsolution B.V. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of ordering, which are available on the Norelie-uk.com website.

Parsolution is not responsible for any damage caused by force majeure. Force majeure is defined as unforeseeable circumstances or a change in circumstances beyond the control of Parsolution B.V. is obliged to immediately inform the customer of the occurrence of force majeure.



2. Customer and data protection

Norelie-uk.com and Parsolution B.V. welcome all private and business customers. The business relationship will be governed by applicable EU consumer sales, marketing and advertising regulations. In any commercial agreement between business customers and Parsolution B.V., these terms and conditions shall take precedence.

For business customers, the required information is the name, phone number and email address of the contact person, as well as the company ID, mailing address, phone number(s) and, where applicable, billing address.

3. Pricing

Prices include VAT, but do not include shipping unless otherwise specified. If there are obvious pricing errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at a clearly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer understood the existence of the error.

4. Delivery

Norelie-uk.com and Parsolution B.V. Ltd. offer a wide range of transportation services. For more information on delivery methods and their contents, please visit our website. Norelie-uk.com shopping cart automatically takes into account delivery offers. For technical reasons, products for one order may be delivered in several shipments. Priority shipping products in a single order, in which case we ship the entire order when the last product is in stock.

Our goal is to process your order within 48 hours of receiving it. A completed order means an order where all products are in stock and reserved for the order, and the payment method for the order has been accepted.

Norelie-uk.com and Parsolution B.V. are not obliged to reserve other products in the same order for the customer if the availability of one product is low or its delivery is delayed for reasons beyond the control of Parsolution B.V. Alternatively, the consumer may accept later delivery of the delayed product or cancellation of the order. Shipping costs for re-delivery will be charged according to the applicable standard price list. The products in the order are reserved for a maximum of 7 days, after which the order will be canceled, unless the customer has agreed to a later delivery in accordance with the terms and conditions of Norelie-uk.com and Parsolution B.V.. If the ordered product is not picked up from the Post Office within the specified period, the customer will be charged the full delivery costs incurred by the company.



5. Warranty

The warranty is subject to the warranty terms and conditions specified by the manufacturer. It is the user's responsibility to read the warranty terms accompanying the product before using it. Warranty conditions can be found in the user's manual, on a separate warranty form or on the manufacturer's website.
